The Neinescape Magazine Project.

It's Summertime and that means Super Awesome Neinecape Project time! this year we got something really special!
The Neinescape Magazine! here is how its going to work.

For the rest of the month of June, you can submit Articles, Illustrations, Photos, to the Project Folder at the Neinescape Club

**if you are not a member you will need to join to submit in that folder**
At the end of the month the interesting and creative Articles, Illustrations, Photos  will be used to fill the pages of the Neinescape Magazine which will be then printed and available for purchase online in July.

If this goes over well then this may turn into a quarterly thing as a Fan Based Neinescape Magazine, so if you don't get in the first round you could be able to get in the next issue.

For those who's submissions of either, Articles, Illustrations, Photos  are used, you will be contacted and receive the finished printed Magazine FREE of charge!

Guidelines to Submitting Articles, Illustrations, Photos:

This Magazine is meant to act as if it were a magazine that you would pick up in the waiting room full of articles about the Hospital giving us a glimpse into how it runs.

The Articles are meant to sound as if they were written by the Staff of the Hospital and the Patients.

Articles:These are NOT to be Fanfics! As a creative writer, think about how life goes on in the Neinecape Hospital, write an article from the perspective as if you worked or lived at the hospital and were wanting to write about how to make certain things easier or to explain how things work and why.
Examples: "The Importance of Beside Restraints,"  "How to make patients take their medicine" "How to catch a date with a Doctor"

The articles can also be a personal account of something from the writers perspective. such as "How I failed to escape by digging a tunnel with a yogurt spoon"

They of course can be funny, and or sarcastic which I encourage!

The Articles can also can be penned as if written by a particular character. Example: "How to not forget to change Bedpans by: Nurse Vee." you can use your own original characters or cannon characters. of course if you want your user name added so people can check out your account at DA, you can put that at the end of the article.

Illustrations: It's like fanart but not. drawings of characters, cannon or original performing daily tasks at Neinescape Hopsital. For the sake of this being a magazine, no images of yaoi, or heavy pairings will be accepted. other than that this is a very free field, and hopefully there will be some images that will be able to match up with some articles. illustrations will be credited to the artist if they are chosen.


Photos: This....can be very very Cosplay! pictures of yourself and friends cosplaying Neinescape characters original or canon. maybe just your hand with a thermometer in it. or a counter top that holds medical equipment.

The ONE major rule of the photos that will be used is that NO FACES will be published in this magazine, every picture will have the faces cropped out. I am doing this for several reasons, safety being one, but the main one is actually because as cosplaying characters everyone has a different view on how a character should look. and to keep things simple and actually more to the imagination of the reader, its more dramatic and makes for a more challenging and interesting photo, I mean anyone can stand in front of a camera with a costume and wave, but as someone setting up a true photo shoot, you must thing creatively on how to show what is going on without the use of facial expressions.

• You don't have to submit your photos with the faces cropped, editing will do that for you.

• Submit the highest resolution possible for the pictures so they wont be fuzzy when printed.

• When submitting a photo please credit the photographer and who the characters are cosplaying.


Entries: You can enter as many Articles, Illustrations, Photos as you want up until Midnight July 5th.

Submissions MUST be placed in the Neinescape Magazine Project Folder to be recognized as entries.
Previous work you have done before project announcement can be submitted as long as it followed the above guidelines.
