well I couldnt help it after that last episode with Ceil being taken to that sanitarium and brainwashed by evil doctor Claude
The line that kept ringing in my head was when Sebastian asked Ciel if he had been drugged and Claude quickly tells Ciel that he dosnt have to answer!
and I am thinking..it HAS to be the reason he was able to manipulate Ciel the way he does at the end!! and then my twisted mind thinks of afterward of when the drugs wear off!! GAAAA I am just so evil that way...and thus this picture was born!
