oh well i've read a germany x reader that had bdsm in it,and yeah,spanking stuff.

i've also read a super lengthy germany x oc that had bdsm in that as well,and yes,more spanking stuff.

i have no problem with spanking related things at all,as long as if they're not disturbing :3

Arkham-Insanity doesn’t really do that kind of spanking, but yet it is part of "lighter side" (depending on tool) of BDSM.

Not every sadist agrees about this, but it falls under the category.
