Artist's Comments

After dumping the Boston Tea Party England punished America by closing the harbor and demanding that they pay back all the tea that was lost.

In the "Hetalia" world..I am sure it looked something like this ;)
As you can see America is not repentant ;)

Lol I love these comics :XD:
What does APH stand for?

--
Through the red-litten windows see
Vast forms, that move fantastically
To a discordant melody,
While, like a ghastly rapid river,
Through the pale door
A hideous throng rush out forever
And laugh--but smile no more.
~E. A. Poe

Thanks...they are based off of a web comic called Hetalia

the APH stands for "Axis Powers Hetalia" which is the name of the web comic ;)

Duuude! Look @ America's face in the last panel! XD Heck no he's not gonna obey you! Don't you know America does whatever it wants whever!! You bettah recognize!! :giggle: (the sadly ironic thing is that really is true. Oo...)

But you know what's funny? Even though England was ruled by a king, they called her "Mother England," so I'm REALLY happy to see that you've gone with the masculine monarchy rule here rather than the stereotyped label. :giggle: Whever I took notes on this I always pictured England as a mommy, but it's good to see a guy brandishing the rod on America this time around! =D

NICE! Keep'em coming! Ooh, we just finished WWI & WWII in my history class! Maybe you could do something about how the UK and it's allies were afraid of Germany being powerful (start of WWI)...and have Germany all bully like to the other nations (particularly the UK & France)! XD And then afterwards in the Versailles Treaty he's all pouty b/c it says he has to pay for all the damages to everything like they said in the actual Treaty of Versailles!

I'm telling you, cartoons make learning so much easier and more fun!! =D

Keep'em coming!!
